For months concerned citizens have been telling Democrats that they don’t support their plan and with this vote Democrats have shown they aren’t listening to their concerns. I don’t know about you but I am sick and tired of it. President Obama and Harry Reid will claim that they have reached a grand compromise benefitting all Americans. But I would call it a grand deception because this costly government-run plan still increases premiums and health care costs, still cuts Medicare, and still forces Americans to pay for it with hundreds of billions in new taxes during the worst of economic times. A top down bureaucratic government-run health care system that will cost nearly a trillion dollars is not what the American people want. If the liberals in Congress don’t understand this by now – they will when the voters give them a pink slip in 2010."

I hade more to say on Obama. He seems to be makeing a mess of things at a record setting pace. It is easy to mess things up, but it takes time to correct all the things that are wrong. Yes, Obama we can't seem to stop you at ruining our country but what you are doing is the easiest thing to do. It just means we need a president like Ronald Reagan to fix things that Obama has defaced about our constitution and it might take 8 years to fix what Obama has messed up in 4 years. Do we realy need a President to make more problems for us when we have so many problems already at stake? This is rediculous. Obama doesn't represent the the people of America, we need a president to correct things the have been altered by president Obama and I will Vote Ron Paul, Mit Romney, or Rand Paul; whoever is chosen by the people in the preliminay vote of 2012 for president. I would like to see Ron Paul as president and Mit Romney as Vice president, would be my choice. These men, I believe would be capable of making a good health care system, defend the constitution and the people who are protected by it and also suport our christian churches: Catholic, Protestent, LDS, Non denominational, Jews, and alow Muslims to worship as they see fit. These are men who hold high values sacred but wouldn't force their beliefs on those who choose otherwise. It may take 8 years to correct the problems Obama is makeing for our country but I am prepared to Vote Ron, Mitt, or Rand-2012 and 2016. Haven't the people and democrates, yet learned from Jimmy Carter administration. Lets stand together, "United We Stand" and be enlightened to vote for the best man for the job. I would like to see a flag made like the Don't tread on my flag with the rattle snake emblem made of the colors Red, Yellow,

My last comment was to long to fit the blog. I hope it can be corrected to fit the space allowed or that the volum of the blog may be increased to fit the entire comment made. What has evolved in the Senate of Harry Reid is in direct contradiction to the obama administration's claims for open government and "transparency"; but then again this is just another lie, fraud and deception perpetrated by the democrat powers in office. They are acting similar to magicians on stage. We are supposed to be watching the hand placed in front of us, while the other hand is doing all the tricks. I for one do not want to live a socialist communal life. That modus operandi was tried in the 1960's; with the epitamy of focus and ground zero being situated in nancy pelosi's back yard - San Francisco. The key focus here is FREEDOMS. Individual RIGHTS and individual FREEDOMS. I do not want mine taken away from me for the "common good". Those programs were tried in the Soviet Russia and China. They do not belong here. People of the Silent Majority - SPEAK OUT. Become PRO-active. Take down political names, record their voting records, and remember those names during elections. Thus far we still have free and open elections to remove these vermin; use that power enabled to us by the Constitution of the United States. Certain members of Congress have lost touch with reality. They are marching in unison to their political demise. They forgot who voted them in that office in the first place. REMIND THEM. Remind them that you will not forget during the next election. They can duck and hide for Town Hall meetings, but they cannot evade the social justice system enabled to us titled the Election Process. More to come later concerning the trampling of the United States Constitution by barack obama and associates. In the event they become bolder in their attempts to reverse the process of which this country's founding fathers built principles upon; there are political and legislative means in which to deal with that. We do not have to wait until the next election process if mandated. Also recall - laws enacted can be repealed. (recall the Prohibition laws?) Their Constitutional authority can be debated to the U.S. Supreme Court level. That entire health care monstrosity infrastructure can be dismantled piece by piece by another Presidential administration following the obama reign of terror.. Obama, Pelosi and Reid have accomplished nothing more than to generate a fantastic waste of taxpayer money.

Why is the GOP not bring charges against the senators that took bribes vote thdur vote? Just because it has been done in the past doesn't make it legal. This bill is unconstitutional and needs to be brought to the supreme court. If the republican want to take back control of this country then you better start by defending the constitution and stop the corruption. You need to get back to basics and quit trying to be moderates. Americans want honesty, liberty and freedom for all. You need to pull this together or this country is going to be divided three ways and know one will win.

I have just observed the vote on the Health Care bill-Congratulations to those who received their "earmarks" and those Republicans who felt their obligations to their families at home were more important than stalwart debate as long as possible. And why only 39 votes? The 40th Republican who did not vote should be STRIPPED of any further funding and censured by the party. Oh dear Republicans, I'm just beginning. Do you have the courage to make another "Pact With America" that promises TERM LIMITS and ELIMINATION OF EARMARKS? Do you Mr. Hatch? Do you Mr. McConnell? Have you the stomach for the fight ahead? The founders of this once great party in Ripon, WI are weeping today. We crave leadership Mr. Steele, yet we see none coming. Only "cordial" debate in the Senate while the gentlemen and gentlewomen "across the aisle" refer to us as Supremacists, Racists, Aryans, Astroturf, and Teapots just to name a few. Thanks for standing up for us all. Dear Mr. Steele, If the Republican Party was a parent, it would be sued for NON-SUPPORT.

Could the Supreme Court issue an Injunction blocking the Senate Vote on Healthcare since there are at least two provisions that we already know violate the Constitution. Congress is prohibited in the Constitution from making a law that taxes States unequally or prohibits the right of redress. If they are prohibited from making a law, it seems they could be blocked from taking the vote.

I agree with very few of Obama's decisions, and disagree with many and not just the health care bill that he is trying to pass before christmas. Yes, I believe there needs to be improvments in the health and wealth care of the United States but I believe Obama is going about it entirly the wrong way. Let me Quote from the Declaration of Independence: "When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume, among the Powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them the separation. Who decides what benifits us? We do, We the people, (the governed). So why is Obama trying to pass a health Care Bill before there is even time for a public opinion? Why does he seek to dissolve the public option? Or why doesn't he even listen to the oppositions against his health care bill? It certainly is not a bill with the consent of the governed? Why does Obama think to dictate to us what will benifit us? Why does he dictate how we sould live our lives? Government is instituted to keep the Peace and to make Laws to keep the Peace, not to dictate how we should live our lives or make decisions the people haven't had a chance to know about and be able to decided if it would be prefered. I don't like how Obama dictates to us "how we should live our lives" and make decisions that go against our own conscience and then tell us it will benifit us. The only one who knows greater than us (the governed) is our Creator. Why should we vote to replace Democrats with Republicans when Republicans continue to load up bills with pork barrel spending? Republicans added a Billion dollars of earmarks to the Defense Appropriations Bill. When will politicians ever get the word? If any project is important enough to be funded by the government it is good enough to stand on its own! It should not be hidden in a must pass bill! This blatant dishonesty must stop. If Republicans want our votes they must show leadership, not just give lip service.

Does anyone care what opposition thinks? They're just so hell bent on getting that thing passed they don't even bother to think if they should or who's best interest it serves. Not mine. There's all kind of sites to call in or write and back this idea but what about the rest of us? It's as though they're trying to silence ANYONE who objects. I DON'T WANT IT! I DON'T WANT IT! I DON'T WANT IT! I don't care if I have to move out of the country, get arrested or die - I DON'T WANT IT! I can't say this emphatically enough. But then, they only care about their opinions; not the opinions of the Americans that have to survive off this plan and pay for it. What country is this, anyway? Cuba, Russia?
