ROMANS 15:13 NIV

At this special time of year, our hearts are filled with gratitude for our many blessings and our homes are filled with the warmth of the season.

During the holidays, I am reminded of our responsibility to serve others, to exhibit compassion for those in need, and to remember our servicemen and women who defend our freedoms. We honor their sacrifice to our great nation, and we keep their families in our thoughts. For those in uniform who are serving in distant lands, we pray for their safe return home.

As I reflect on a successful 2009, I would like to thank our supporters for all that you have done this year for the Republican Party and our country. I am grateful for your support and for the important work you do around the country on behalf of our Republican principles.

On behalf of the Republican National Committee, I want to send my best wishes to you and your families for a healthy, safe and Merry Christmas.

Sincerely,
Michael S. Steele
Chairman

Dear Mr. Steele, First of all this is a reply to your December 25, 2009 Action Blog. I do hope that you and your family had a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year! I watched an excerpt today on Fox News Business with Neil Cavuto (4pm today 1-4-10), and I really enjoyed what you had to say on a variety of issues, including but not limited to this healthcare business; I also liked the fact that that you told it how it is with some of the members of our own Republican Party. Thank you for your realism, your calm replies to Neil Cavuto (I know I can get ampped up on these issues of our day), and basically keeping it real. I really don't know if my even writing on this action blog will really accomplish anything; I say this for two reasons. 1)When Mr. Obama was elected President, my son said, "This is the end of America as we know it," and 2)"When I'm your age Mom do you really think that I'd be able to do anything to change what is going on now? (which would be in place when he's my age. I certainly didn't feel that way when I was 16, and I worry of course being his Mom. So, as inflamed (and furious!)as I am because the young unisured people right now who do NOT have health insurance when this "Bill" takes effect they will be FINED?? Mr. Steele, Tell me what I CAN do to create a positive change. Thank You, Jo Anna Gawlik

Mr Steele, This is a New Year and I hope it's a good one. You know as well as I that there is a Special Election in Mass. to elect the replacement for Ted Kennedy. There is an excellent Republican candidate that has a chance to win. He is Mass. Senator Scott Brown. However I have seen nothing from the RNC to support Scott. What is going on? Are you not interested in getting him elected? He will be the Dens nemesis. He will break their 60 vote superiority. You could not have a better candidate. The election is Jan 19th. He has to win but he needs a lot of backing and the RNC can do it. All it takes is a word from you, Mr Steele, and the RNC will be all over Mass. Please help Scott Brown get elected. Thank you Joe Pulvino

I hade more to say on Obama. He seems to be makeing a mess of things at a record setting pace. It is easy to mess things up, but it takes time to correct all the things that are wrong. Yes, Obama, we can't seem to stop you at ruining our country but what you are doing is the easiest thing to do. It just means we need a president like Ronald Reagan to fix things that Obama has defaced about our constitution and it might take 8 years to fix what Obama has messed up in 4 years. Do we realy need a President to make more problems for us when we have so many problems already at stake? This is rediculous. Obama doesn't represent the the people of America, we need a president to corect things the have been altered by president Obama and I will Vote Ron Paul, Mit Romney, and Rand Paul; whoever is chosen by the people in the preliminay vote of 2012 for president. I would like to see Ron Paul as president and Mit Romney as Vice president, would be my choice. These men, I believe would be capable of making a good health care system, defend the constitution and the people who are protected by it and also suport our christian churches: Catholic, Protestent, LDS, Non denominational, Jews, and alow Muslims to worship as they see fit. These are men who hold high values sacred but wouldn't force their beliefs on those who choose otherwise. It may take 8 years to correct the problems Obama is makeing for our country in 4 years, but I am prepared to Vote Ron, Mitt, or Rand-2012 and 2016. Haven't the people and democrates, yet learned from Jimmy Carter administration. Lets stand together, "United We Stand" and be enlightened to vote for the best man for the job. I would like to see a flag made like the Don't tread on my flag with the rattle snake emblem made of the colors Red, Yellow,
