On November 9^th at 2:30PM the INFORCE Club of Leisure World will host a bipartisan debate on Health Care at Leisure World in Silver Spring, MD.

Chairman In The News

Chairman Michael Steele visited Hudson County New Jersey last week to discuss the future of the Republican Party and the importance of electing Republicans to office across the state on November 3^rd, 2009. While there, Chairman Steele met with several state and local candidates.  The Chairman also had the opportunity to meet with three high school students in Hudson County, each of whom have made over 5,000 calls on behalf of the New Jersey VICTORY program.  The Chairman also made stop in Westfield, New Jersey in Union County, where he met with volunteers at the county Victory center to thank them for their hard work getting Republicans elected in NJ. The final stop of the day took Chairman Steele to Bergen County to the Republican Party Headquarters in Hackensack, NJ.  Chairman Steele was accompanied by Republican State Chairman Jay Webber, who addressed a crowd of about 100 volunteers dedicated to helping the NJ Republican Party.

Renewed Desire for U.S. Government to Promote Traditional Values

Gallup recently released a poll showing that more people once again believe government should promote traditional values. The country also felt this way from 1993-2004. This point reaffirms Chairman Steele’s message that our country is still a conservative-leaning country and that President Obama’s liberal tendencies are out of touch with the majority of America. Today, RNC Coalitions is proud to highlight Phil Kirk, who is the former President and CEO of the North Carolina Citizens for Business and Industry (NCCBI) and now serves as Chairman of the Board for the North Carolina Public School Forum, an organization which is a partnership of business leaders, education leaders, and government leaders in North Carolina. The Forum is working with community leaders in over twenty counties in an effort to attract more minorities and males into the teaching profession. It is Republican leaders like Phil Kirk who are making vital impacts in their communities and we are honored to call him a Republican.

RNC RELEASES NEW SPANISH LANGUAGE RADIO AD ON PRESIDENT OBAMA’S AND VP BIDEN’S VISIT TO MIAMI

The Republican National Committee (RNC) today announced a new Spanish language radio ad on President Obama’s and Vice President Biden’s fundraising trips to Miami. The ad addresses the impact of President Obama’s policies on the Hispanic community. The radio ad will run Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in the Miami media market.
