The Las Vegas Sun reports: “Last week, Reid secured a deal in the health reform legislation to give Nevada and three other states hard hit by the recession 100 percent funding for the proposed Medicaid expansion in the bill.”

Seems like an admission from Senate Majority Leader Reid that expanding Medicaid is a horrible deal for the states. Unfortunately for the other 46 states not covered in this deal, they will have an increased burden at a time when they’ve all seen real budget difficulty.
