How Democrats can propose such a radical expansion of bureaucracy and yet claim that their government-run health care plan will be deficit neutral, lower the cost of health care and guarantee those with health insurance will not see any changes to their current arrangement is laughable at best.

Does this flowchart include the new "Obamacare" bureaucracies already created in the "OMG - we HAVE to pass this in 10 minutes!! Stimulus bill??
