RNC Chairman Reince Priebus Interview on “FOX and Friends”

WASHINGTON – Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus appeared on “FOX and Friends” to discuss Obama's failed campaign promises from 2008, and the record breaking voter turnout at the Iowa caucuses:

“I thought it was a great night for the Republican Party, I think it’s been a great year for the Republican Party. I think it’s going to be a great year in saving our country and beating Barack Obama because a couple things: One, the Republican Party had record turnout in Iowa yesterday. Everyone is talking about the Republican Party including Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Everyone is talking about our candidates.

“Voter registration in Iowa is outperforming the Democrats 2 to 1. That’s been sustained now over the last couple of years so we’re feeling very good about where we sit.

“And I’m feeling great about the fact that the whole country is talking about who the Republican nominee will be because I know that people in this country want to get rid of this president who has a lot of promises that he didn’t keep and we’re highlighting that today too.”
