6 days and counting…

In 6 short days voters in Virginia will go to the polls to elect a new governor. Despite the negative campaign from the Democratic opposition, Republican Bob McDonnell has worked tirelessly for months and stands ready to claim a Republican victory on November 3^rd. The RNC has also devoted an unprecedented amount of resources to this race and is proud of Bob McDonnell for his efforts.

• CHALLENGE:  McDonnell is holding strong in a state that has been trending Democrat in recent years
• Despite the negative campaign waged by Creigh Deeds, Bob McDonnell is leading recent polls:

                McDonnell:  51%

                Deeds:  40%

               –        39 Field Offices

               –        16 additional RNC-supported Delegate offices

               –        69,000 volunteer hours

               –        2,100,000 calls made by volunteers
