Linda Ackerman
National Committeewoman
Linda Ackerman was elected as the National Committeewoman from California in February 2008. She has served on the RNC Rules Committee, the Committee on Contests, and the Committee on Presidential debates. Ackerman attended the University of Colorado and majored in Foreign Languages. She is currently a member of the Assistance League, a Director of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, the President of Mariana Bergeson Excellence in Public Services Series, the Executive Director of the California State Capitol Preservation Fun, a member of the Santa Ana Regional Water Quality Control Board, and an Advisory Committee Member at the California Federation of Republican Women. She also serves on the Board of Directors at USCB, Resource Management Company. Ackerman was previously a member of the Orange County Central Committee. She and her husband, Senator Dick Ackerman, currently reside in Irvine, California and have three children, two granddaughters and one grandson.
