Ellen Barrosse was elected as the National Committeewoman from Delaware in April 2012. She founded Synchrogenix Information Strategies Inc. in 1986, and it is now a global multimillion-dollar pharmaceutical-services company. Customers include most of the largest pharmaceutical companies, as well as smaller pharma and biotech companies. In addition to her professional work, Barrosse is the Secretary of the Board of the American Principles Project, a member of the Council for National Policy and a Dame of Malta. She is the former president of the Perimatal Association of Delaware and a former chair of the Red Cross Clara Barton Society. She also founded A Rose and A Prayer, the largest grassroots conservative organization in Delaware and raised $50,000 for GOP candidates through RosePAC. Barrosse is the recipient of many awards and her most recent include the 2010 Woman Business Owner of the Year, the 2010 Msgr. Thomas J. Reese Award from Catholic Charities, and the 2011 Columbus Monument Association’s Woman of the Year Award. She currently resides in Hockessin, DE with her husband, Paul, and is the mother of three daughters, Laura, Mary, and Sarah.
