Lance Beshore was elected as the National Committeeman from Missouri in August 2000. He is the Vice President of Public Affairs and Government Relations at Leggett & Platt, Incorporated.  Beshore earned his B.A. in Political Science from Westminster College and his PhD in Political Science from the University of Colorado. He is very active in his community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Missouri State Chamber of Commerce and he has chaired the Board of Directors of the Freeman Health System for the past nineteen years. He and his wife, Sharon, currently reside in Joplin, MO.
