Errol Galt was elected as the National Committeeman from Montana in January of 2008. He is a cattle rancher and has been a volunteer firefighter/QRU since 1985. Previously, Mr. Galt served on the Montana Executive Board, on the Meagher County Commission, as the Vice Chairman of the Montana GOP, as a Montana State Committeeman, and as the Chairman of the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks Commission.
