Will Deschamps was elected to the Republican National Committee as State Chairman for Montana in 2009.  He currently serves on the Committee on Arrangements and also the Subcommittee on Facilities.

Presently, Deschamps is a school board trustee for Hellgate Elementary and a local Toys for Tots coordinator in Missoula. Previously, he served as county chair for the Missoula County Republican Central Committee and was a candidate for county commissioner, as well as a legislative district.
