Donna Cain was elected as the National Committeewoman from Oregon in June 2008 and 2012. She serves on the RNC Standing Committee on Rules, as a member of the Committee on Arrangements for the 2012 Republican National Convention, and has attended four conventions.  She was appointed by the Governor as a member of the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) from 2010-2013 and currently works at Rogue Valley Regional Medical Center, is a Safe Patient Handling Lift Coach, and is a Certified Nurse Assistant 2.

Cain currently resides in Medford, OR with her husband, Bill. They have four daughters, thirteen grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
