ICYMI: NBC Denver: 325,000 ballots cast in Colorado after 2 days of early voting
With early voting underway here in Colorado, momentum remains on Governor Romney’s side as Republican turnout continues to outpace the Democrats by more than 5,000 registered voters. Whereas at this same point in 2008, Democrats were outpacing Republicans in turnout by seven percent, today we have a 2 percent lead. Voters in Colorado know that President Obama has not fulfilled the promises that he made to them in 2008, and the only new plan he has laid out is to raise taxes in a second term. Coloradans can’t afford four more years of the last four years.
