CNBC’s Melissa Lee: “The past couple of times we have talked to you Madam Secretary, you have been pretty adamant that you believe that the U.S. economy, specifically the jobs market, would gain traction going into the second half of the year, that we are on a path of improvement. Given the jobs report we just got, can you still say that?
Secretary Of Labor Hilda Solis: “I believe that we have done everything that we can and I know that right now there is a lot of concern with what’s happening in the Congress and we have to get beyond that.”
