Contrary to the media narrative that the Clinton campaign has turned a new leaf, a series of polls show that Hillary’s fundamental vulnerabilities remain unchanged.
According to a new national Quinnipiac poll, Hillary Clinton is trailing multiple GOP candidates in a general election matchup and is getting “crushed on character issues.”
Clinton's low marks on honesty and empathy remain essentially unchanged since September:
These numbers mirror a trend from the recent NBC/WSJ poll which concluded that, "Clinton has little to show for her successful news cycles when it comes to the electorate at large"
Voters at large continue to have a negative impression of Clinton and hold doubts about her integrity and character:
Meanwhile, as Clinton has strengthened her standing among Democrat primary voters, she lags behind among young voters, a crucial segment of Obama's winning electoral coalition.
And as Hillary continues to flip-flop and shift to the left to appease a Democrat Party base that is more and more out of touch with the American people, she leaves behind mainstream voters on issues like guns and energy.
While Republicans have a choice among the most diverse and talented field of candidates in any party's history, Democrats have put their stock in a flawed and scandal-ridden Washington insider.
There's no Hillary "reboot" that can fix that.
