Tuesday, liberal MSNBC anchor Chris Matthews addressed Conor Lamb’s pretend criticism of Nancy Pelosi by saying:
“He better vote for her…You have to vote for the Speaker if you’re the Democratic congressman.”
Matthews’ comments really say it all. We’ve already seen Democrat leadership financially invest in Lamb’s race, and those contributions definitely come with strings attached.
Vice President Mike Pence was right when he said:
“Now, I’m not going to tell you much about [Lamb] today, because he won’t tell Pennsylvania much about himself or what he believes. The only thing Conor Lamb will say is that he didn’t support cutting taxes for hardworking Pennsylvanians. Folks, that says everything you need to know.”
“As much as he postures, Conor Lamb knows that if he makes it to Washington, he will be Nancy Pelosi’s little lamb. He’s already begun projecting Pelosi’s rhetoric on tax reform, and that’s just the beginning. Pennsylvanians know that Conor Lamb has been less-than-honest on his relationship with Nancy Pelosi.” –Spokesperson Christiana Purves
