Biden and Webb Jab Hillary’s “Enemies” Comment

RNC Communications - October 21, 2015

Hillary Clinton has been drawing fire for naming Republicans as enemies she is proudest of making.

But recent criticism of her outrageous remark has come from within her own party.

Vice President Joe Biden offered a clear critique of Hillary’s comments, calling them “naïve” and emphasized today, “I don't think we should look at Republicans as our enemies.”

Likewise, former Senator Jim Webb, who recently dropped out of the Democrat presidential field, stated the following:

Senator Webb’s statement captures the fundamental problem with Hillary’s campaign. Hillary doesn’t want an honest debate (honest being the operative word).

Whether its her numerous flip-flops or her inability to take accountability for her scandals and failures, Hillary’s campaign is one of calculation, not conviction.

Both Democrats and Republicans agree that writing off half of her fellow Americans as “enemies” is destructive, divisive, and disqualifying for anyone who hopes to lead our country.

So, if standing up to Hillary and standing for American values puts us on Hillary’s enemies list, then that’s a badge we will wear with honor.

Tell Hillary that you stand for honesty, truth, and accountability. Add your name to Hillary’s “enemies" list.
