Meet Some of the Criminals Roy Cooper Released into Cabarrus County

Meet some of the criminals Roy Cooper released into Cabarrus County: 

  • Donald L. Jeter - was serving time for second-degree murder
  • William D. Seitz - a repeat child sex offender convicted of statutory rape/sexual offense and indecent liberties with a child
  • Ronnie L. Stancil - was serving time for first-degree sexual offense with a child 
  • Tyree P. Felton Mar - was serving time for two counts of second-degree forcible rape
  • Antonio Wrenn - a career criminal convicted of second-degree rape and first-degree kidnapping, with a lengthy record that also includes accessory after the fact to second-degree murder, assault on a female, drug crimes, and other offenses
  • Colin L. Taylor - a habitual felon with a lengthy record including assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, felony breaking and entering, larceny from a person, fleeing arrest, possession of stolen vehicles, drug offenses, and multiple DWIs
  • Ray A. Guerra - a convicted sex offender with a record including indecent liberties with a child, indecent exposure, being on child premises as a sex offender, and attempted failure to register as a sex offender
