If you thought Sean Casten’s disgraceful comments would end after comparing President Trump to Osama bin Laden and saying there are Nazis working in the White House, think again. As recapped by Fox News last night, the Illinois Democrat’s latest conspiracy theory is the use of what he called “white power signs” by a Brett Kavanaugh aide during his confirmation hearings last week. Pay no attention to the fact that this theory about the Mexican-American granddaughter of Holocaust survivors has already been debunked.
On top of that, in this week’s debate he again doubles down on his earlier theories proclaiming Nazis work in the White House and comparing the president to a demagogue.
Casten’s campaign response to his latest baseless accusation? Crickets.
Enough is enough. There is no place for such unhinged, hateful rhetoric and fearmongering in this race. If Conspiracy Casten won’t apologize for his baseless accusations, Nancy Pelosi and Democrat leadership must condemn them.
