Dems Freely Used The Term “Chain Migration” Before Now Deeming It As “Racist"

Senator Durbin Has Suddenly Called The Use Of the Term "Chain Migration" Offensive

Senator Durbin (D-IL) Bizarrely Stated That The Term "Chain Migration" Is "Painful" Because "African-Americans Believe That They Migrated To America In Chains." SEN. DICK DURBIN (D-IL): "'When we came to the issue of, quote, 'chain migration,' I said to the President, 'Do you realize how painful that term is to so many people? African-Americans believe that they migrated to America in chains, and when you speak about 'chain migration,' it hurts them personally.'" Senator Gillibrand Now Says The Term "Chain Migration" Is A "Racist Slur"

Senator Gillibrand (D-NY) Stated That "When Someone Uses The Phrase Chain Migration, It Is Intentional In Trying To Demonize Families" And Is "A Racist Slur." SEN. KRISTEN GILLIBRAND (D-NY): "I think a lot of President's Trump's rhetoric is racist. And let's be very clear: when someone uses the phrase chained migration, it is intentional in trying to demonize families, literally trying to demonize families and make it a racist slur. Other Democratic Party Members Have Followed Suit, Calling The Term "Fake," "Invented," And "Made Up"

DICK DURBIN (D-IL): "And if I might add, this notion about chain migration, if you think about it just for just a second, if we say under DACA you had to be under the age of 16 when you came to the United States, then chain migration for ultimate Dreamers and DACA members will not include their children.
