Hillary Proposed $16 Billion In New Spending For Every Minute She Spoke

In a little over half an hour of speaking during the debate, Hillary proposed a whopping $515 billion in new spending over the next decade. That amounts to over $16 billion for every minute she spoke. 

Who does she expect to foot the bill for these new expensive programs? 

On that front, Clinton has provided few details. But, you can be certain that where's there's more spending, more taxes are soon to follow.
