WASHINGTON – Today Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel announced additions to the senior staff:

Our commitment to staying on the cutting edge will give us the tools to help Republicans up and down the ticket win for years to come.”
Samantha Osborne, Chief Digital Officer
Samantha joined the RNC in 2016 as Deputy Digital Director. As the Digital Director for the 2016 Republican National Convention, she ran a digital operation that reached a record number of people through the website, social media, and live stream. She has worked on local and statewide campaigns in Ohio, served as the National Deputy Digital Field Director for Romney for President, and was the campaign manager for a Wisconsin Senate race. Additionally, Samantha has worked at digital consulting firms Prosper Group, GolinHarris, and Targeted Victory. She hails from Cleveland, Ohio and received her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University.
Puran Nebhnani, Chief Technology Officer
Puran joined Republican National Committee in 2014 as a Lead Engineer. He went on to serve the RNC as Engineering Director and Deputy Chief Technology Officer. Puran was responsible for the architecture, design, and development of GOP.com, as well as RNC Voter API products. Previously, he has held numerous contracting positions with National Geographic Society helping them build their new Content Management System for nationalgeographic.com. Puran has also held various senior technical positions at Corvis Corporation, Pharad, Lucent Technologies, and Bell Labs. He holds a Master’s of Science in Software Engineering from Monmouth University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
