RNC Statement On The Latest Harvard Millennial Poll

Raffi Williams - December 10, 2015

Today’s Harvard Institute of Politics Fall Survey show that Millennials have turned against Hillary Clinton. After leading Sanders by a staggering 44 points in the Spring survey, Clinton is now trailing the self-avowed socialist by 6 points. And almost half of those polled think the country is headed off on the wrong track. To make matters worse for Clinton, Millennials want a candidate who has integrity and is authentic—attributes Clinton lacks. If you are reporting on the poll please consider the following quote from the Republican National Committee:

Hillary Clinton is losing Millennials. Her $1.2 trillion in new government spending does not connect with a generation that believes government is the problem, not the solution to the problems we face today. Millennials are looking for an honest and trustworthy candidate, not someone like Clinton.—Raffi Williams, RNC Spokesman
