RNC Statement on November Jobs Report

- December 6, 2013

WASHINGTON – Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus released the following statement on the November jobs report:

“I’m glad to see some Americans found jobs last month, but there are still too many who can’t find work no matter how hard they look,” said Chairman Priebus.

“All Americans should have the chance to get a job and provide for their families. If Democrats listened to Republican ideas to boost the private sector and create jobs, we’d have a much better jobs report. Sadly, Democrats have spent almost five years in Washington holding back our economic potential by growing government.

“Young adults are especially aware of how hard it still is to find a job. They’re reminded of it every day they wake up, still living with their parents and still looking for work. It’s no surprise that a Harvard poll this week found that 61 percent of Millennials disapprove of President Obama’s handling of the economy.”
