War on Coal

The Obama Administration has declared a "War on Coal" and are set on shutting down coal plants throughout the country. Many coal plants will not be able to follow Obama’s onerous emission standards. Coal accounts for 40% of our nation’s electricity and allows electricity prices to remain stable and reasonable. America needs our coal industry and the Republican Party will fight for its success.
